What is the camp all about?
We believe that every young person is unique, valuable and loved by God. Being young comes with its challenges, but with the right mindset, each young person can overcome these and fulfil their full potential.

When and where is the camp?
Wednesday 24th - Sunday 28th July 2024.
We'll be hosted by Kingswood - a residential and outdoor activity centre - at Dearne Valley, Denaby Main, Doncaster DN12 4EA. For more information about the site, follow this link to their website.
How and when should I pay?
The entire camp fee balance is due no later than 30th June. You can choose to pay in instalments or in full up until this date. Pay Here.
Please note that payments for the camp are entirely non-refundable. For this reason, please confirm your availability and attendance at the camp before making payments. If you have any queries about payment, don't hesitate to get in touch with us.
Is there an age limit for campers?
Yes. The Youth Camp is for youths aged 12 to 17, and the Students Camp is for those aged 18+.
Which activities will campers be doing?
As well as general teaching sessions, we'll have some more interactive sessions. We know that adulthood isn't far away, so we'll be offering practical workshops on:

I am not a member of CMFI UK. Can my child still attend the camp?
Yes! Our invitation for the camp is warmly extended to our friends and family, old and new.

Please avoid contacting the camp venue directly, as the youth leaders will be better placed to assist you.

What are the travel arrangements?
We will travel by coach and car from our London, Tipton, Sheffield and Leeds hubs.
Departure from the hubs will be in the early morning, while return will be in the evening. We will provide exact timings and locations in due course.
Please make travel arrangements for your child to and from our centres. For younger campers, please ensure that a parent or guardian drops them off and collects them from our centres.
How much does the camp cost?
The fee per camper is £160.
Where two or more campers under 17 are in a household, a reduced fee of £145 per camper will be payable for each Camper.
What are the rules on mobile phones?
Campers will use their mobile phones minimally during the camp. Mobile phones will not be allowed during the sessions, but campers will be free to use them during break times. Please bear in mind that the mobile signal may be patchy due to the camp's rural location. If you wish to contact your child urgently, call one of the youth leaders.
Find out about what you should pack
We would ask that you limit your luggage to ONE travel bag OR hand luggage case per participant. We would also ask that each child be sent with their own bag, and NOT be packed jointly with a sibling as they may not be staying in the same room.
NB: Kingswood and CMFI UK will not accept any liability for the loss, damage or theft of personal items. For this reason we advise that you refrain from bringing expensive or valuable items such as electronic devices or jewellery.
